Building a strong therapeutic relationship is vital for an effective therapy process. Before committing to work together, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to determine if my therapeutic approach is a good fit for your needs. During our introductory chat, we can discuss your goals and whether my style would support you in achieving them. If we find we are not well-matched for some reason, I am happy to suggest other professional options.

If your company refers you to me through the EAP pathway, we will discuss the services they offer within the program. If you contact me directly, the length of therapy will depend on the nature of your needs and goals.

If you or someone close to you is having a mental health crisis, such as being at risk of harming yourself or others, or being unable to provide care for yourself or others, please seek emergency care immediately.

At our first meeting we will discuss the cost of therapy sessions and the payment methods.
